Bylakuppe, Karnataka, India, 30 August 2010 (PTI) - Spiritual leader the Dalai Lama will attend the closing ceremony of the first National General Meeting of Tibetans in Bylakuppe near Mysore on Tuesday. The meeting, which began on August 26, is the first major function of Tibetans which is being organised outside Dharamsala.
